What this website collects

We keep our own anonymous measurement of how the site is used: which pages you view, roughly how long you stay, your device type, and whether you arrived from one of our adverts. We do not store your name, email address or IP address in this measurement.

The contact form

If you send us a message through the contact form, we use your name and email address only to reply to you. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Booking and payment

Booking and payment take place on Square, a separate service with its own privacy policy. We do not handle your card details ourselves.

Cookies and Google services

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how our adverts and pages perform. These may set cookies on your device. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising measurement

To measure how well our adverts work, we share limited information with Google. When a booking is paid, we share an irreversibly hashed (encrypted) form of the customer's email address, together with the amount and time, with Google Ads. Google matches this against signed-in Google accounts so it can tell us which adverts led to real bookings.

We never share the raw email address, and we do not share names, phone numbers or payment details. This sharing is carried out in line with Google's Customer Data policies and, where it applies, the EU user consent policy. Where the law requires your consent for this measurement, we rely on the consent you provide.

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing info@mrstarsgroomingatelier.com. You can also control or clear cookies through your browser at any time.
